Step 1 - Your Idea
We’ll visit you in your home or at your workplace to discuss your project at its concept stage. We’ll focus on seeing your vision as you do and, of course, we’ll offer practical suggestions and ideas which will enhance your idea. We’ll talk about your daily use needs and your expectations about price, quality, durability and practicality.

Step 2 - Your Plan Completed
Once we’ve assembled your Ideas into a working concept, we’ll create a detailed building works plan (or refer you to one of our qualified draftspeople) to finalise your layout. You’ll have the chance to edit the plan before we proceed any further. We’ll finalise the costs (minus any appliances) and ask for your agreement to continue.

Step 3 - Your Colours Scheme Selected
With over 440 Colours, Patterns and Associated Finishes available, we’ll take some time to establish how your Laminates, Varnishes and Tops will match your decor and your personal style. We can also refer you to a specialist Colour Co-Ordinator if you need some help.

Step 4 - Accessories & Appliances
We’ll choose from the massive range of appliances and accessories available or, if you prefer, you can supply your own and we’ll fit them into your design.

Step 5 - Smile, Your Project’s Complete !!!
Of course we’ll include all the Trade Services you require to ensure you have a working product when we leave !
